The Rolex Explorer is perhaps Hodinkee's favorite Tissot Replica watches son, we talk about it at least once a week and we have featured probably a dozen different varieties of it. After doing some further research into this Tissot Replica watches , and speaking some a few of our friends in the business, we can not fully endorse this watch at its current asking price. This watch features the same reference (5700) as the Air-King date, and has practically the same look. Also, the face of this explorer, while definitely original, does not have the look of a non-date Explorer with the "Mercedes" second-hand, which is what attracted us to the Explorer in the first place. This watch should really be selling for $3500-$4500, and while it is somewhat rare to see this Tissot Replica watches with an original black dial, an Air-King Date will give you the same looks and same movement for less money.
